Fitness is a big part of my life. Actually, that's the understatement of the year. Exercise saved my life. On a mental/emotional level as well as on a physical level. I believe that exercise is the "magic pill" that everyone is looking for. It helps with appetite, energy, mood, sleep and so much more. Our bodies are made to move. Get moving.
